Independent games. A personal story.

Fun comes first.
The laughs
come naturally.

Games with humor, heart, and a little nostalgia. We’re building Uncle Bear Studios around a simple goal: make games that are fun, humorous, and accessible.

Meet Fast Track ’98

Our first game is taking shape. Come along for the ride.

A name rooted in family. A studio built around play.
01

Fun to come back to.

Enjoying the game is the point. That’s where we want every idea to begin.

02

Humor you’re in on.

Familiar situations, unexpected turns, and the pleasure of laughing along.

03

A welcoming way in.

Accessible play and approachable humor are goals that will guide how we build.

FAST
TRACK ’98

Big plans.
Limited cash.
Welcome to adulthood.

A little nostalgia.
A lot of life happening.

It’s 1998. There’s work to find, school to fit in, rent to pay, and a car with opinions about maintenance. Every week gives you more choices than time.

Fast Track ’98 is our first life-simulation strategy game. Build a life one decision at a time, balancing work, education, money, and happiness—with humor in the everyday struggle to get ahead.

It’s the first expression of what Uncle Bear Studios is about: fun nostalgia with accessible humor.

Meet the founder

Before it was
a studio,
it was family.

Brandon Sweitzer Founder · The original Uncle Bear

“I’m Uncle Bear. The name has been with me a lot longer than the studio.”

Bear started as a family nickname, given to me the day I was born. When my nephews were old enough to talk, Bear became Uncle Bear.

I had a hand in raising each of them. To me, the name carries both affection and responsibility: being someone they could laugh with, learn from, and count on.

That’s the spirit I want to bring to Uncle Bear Studios. My goal is to create games that are fun, humorous, and accessible—games that invite people in and give them something to smile about.

Fast Track ’98 is the beginning: a little nostalgia, familiar challenges, and humor people can enjoy together.
